in that case a low power mono with a JL 10W1V2 or W0 and a set of focal access comps running off a audison SRx 2 channel amp would suit u a t.

right
http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=1156&osCsid=dc8ba395bb5e5007bb826d1feaf37ff9 - a JL 10 W0 or the soon to be released 10W1V2 sub would be a good start point, they are cheapish and dont require large power.
http://www.raysmith.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=1_54&products_id=481 - 2 of these, one for comps and one for the sub...
http://www.raysmith.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=3_6_13&products_id=16 - these components.
buy all that and u have a very decent SQ system for little money.

http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=3815&osCsid=dc8ba395bb5e5007bb826d1feaf37ff9
and then more than likley the comps and one of the amps youve outlined

That SRx 4 would do the job well, im no fan of kenwood stuff the subs are a bit cack and the ampos are low quality IMO, but its a fair price. If you can afford the extra get the W0 or in feb once its released the W1V2 and the audison amp and u wont go far wrong...
looking at the actual stats of that kenwood amp and sub tho, it is an impressive deal for £140 so if u like it go for it.
