its another scam only use paypal and insist on that!
report this ebayer to ebay as they will ban them.

My mum runs an ebay business and has this all the time, but if you report they will deal with. WE also have people hacking into our account trying to take the paypal money and all sorts!
If it seems slightly dodgy then 90% of the time it is!
