Have a mate that had his car stopped by road, tested using a wee light gate thingy and then they told him couldnt drive away in it, had to get trailer to take it away to his drive +Vehicle defect form he had to have signed by MOT station to say had had them removed... No points or a fine though...

bizarre when there are so many cars about with tints...

what about if the windows are wound down and `the electric windows dont work`???

i have tinted windows, and when i got pulled up, they did mention them, but didnt say much about them. but they did say i could be "passing" drugs in the back of my car, thats why i have them.
