Managed to get PAS rack fitted, all mounts fastend, oil cooler fitted (needs mounting behind bumper), mtec short shift linkage fitted and lined up, clutch cable back on and adjusted, new bearings and modified hubs fitted, cool running thermostat fitted, ecotec adaptor and pipe fitted, suspension brakes etc back on.

cheers ppl, hopefully get it running for nxt weekend, trouble is then i need to ring up and get a mobile alarm guy to come and fit a cat1 jobbie, as my insurance requires the contact details etc for the fitter to check on it, so will be few days delayed, also since i still have SPI fuel pump prolly not gonna run very well either, so when get time need to either drop the tank or rip my boot build up to change it over to a MPI one

Drop the tank - is very easy when there is no fuel in it.

Problem. You need access to the fuel pump to detatch the fuel lines from the top. Your going to have to go in from the top I think.
