Back in august i had the exact same happen to myself, a friend spilled cds over my lap, i looked down cr infront broke sharply as the car infront of him decided he was gna take a junction very late.
o well shit happens

HOW MANY TIMES MUST YE TELL THIS CUNT!! (PUGNUT)
I didn't know it was my phone... all i felt was somethin hitting my leg then rolled under my legs, for all i know could have been anything sumthin alot bigger than my mere Samsung D500.. anyway the point we are making is that i didn't intentionally crash into the (cnut) SCOTTISH SLANG) i merely looked away for 1 second and he applied brakes sharply (And NO i wasn't tailgating was a couple of car lengths away at time), but when i braked the ground was wet and a bit slippy from sleety rain a little time before that. i did see the lights and i braked but just slide into back of him (ACCIDENT) NOW END OF DISSCUSSION!!! before someone gets LINCHED!!
