nuts above the rear cross member are as tight as will go so gotta adjust inside the drums i assume
had drum cover off 2day but cudnt see how i cud tighten it adjust it in there, anyone know?

as far as haynes manual here says the only way to adjust is via the cross member nuts...

so once they are tight what the fcuk do i do 
my drive is huge hill, prob stretched cable quite a bit over past 6 months

I would take the drums off and check to see if the self-adjusters are working. If they are then your handbrake cable must have streched. I doubt worn brake shoes would cause your problem

took the drum off but wasnt really sure what i was doing inside as its a bit messy in there with springs and shit
gonna post on mig i think and ask there
