Just had my PC reinstalled, but hotmail isn't working properly. MSN messenger works fine, but when i click on the inbox bit the window starts to load but never actually goes to the inbox. If i press back page then forward the page sort of works but looks like this (if pic works)

What could it be, and how do i fix it?

cheers

Its actually a forced refresh, and overwrites your cache files with spanking new ones. I cannot help you, but it sounds more like a problem related to your account rather than your PC. I get the same problem from time to time.
