go on a forum... log in as foxy_lady or pug_nut. post crap, get abused, throw a wobbler and then do a pointless post about how your not coming back ever because your all mean to me.
then come back a few days later under a different name and repeat.

No-one came up with it because there are no rules. If you want to be understood you learn to spell and construct proper sentances.
