I ended my auction on ebay as my cars idling was getting bad  im going to try get a new ICV today, wot kinda prices will I be looking? anyone know of a place to get one that wont rape me too much?

i got a 1.2 some1 told me it was like 22 quid of vauxhall, may aswell jus buy it from them then u know its a good un and its not much anyone

not sure for ure engine. went to get one for a 1.4 8v. cant remember engine code, bloke at vaux daid it was a rare type cos it had egr, the one for this was 120 quid!

hmmmm a big variance in price, my 1200 16v one was bout 85 from vauxhall.im going to try cleaning the valve first off

take it apart n give it a fiddle and a clean.

ive done that with 2 idle control valves im going to phone some car places today hopefully and order one...i would go to vauxhall but we know what they tend to be like.however, in saying that they wanted 37pound something for a throttle cable which was not too bad
