been offered the above to end auction early, to a dude who collects fast cars n has a tvr n some other shite, he also runs a nursing home, based in preston, car would be for his soon to be 17 yr old sone hes willing to pay by paypal 300 deposit without seeing it, then I show him it n if he likes it he will give me the rest, wot u guys reckon? its a cheap car i think

hes got a profile on www.pistonheads.com as "barefoot" and he owns some nice motors- he also owns a nursing home called thistleton lodge which also has a website on.....think i will sell him it in this case then

Once you have bought it on ebay you have entered a contract to take the vehicle. That is the same anywhere.
If the vehicle is not as described then yes you can in theory 'walk away'.
Buying on ebay is buying, not paying a deposit to view. Like any motor you would be mad not to go look at it before bidding / putting down a deposit.
