Minutes available at beginning of period - 800
Minutes used - 112
Service plan next period - 400
Minutes available next period - 800

Text messages available at beginning of period - 720
Text messages used - 35
Rollover text messages - 360
Text messages next period - 720

Trouble is, if change tariff I loose the 800 minutes and 720 texts.

Orange, works out just on 75 quid pm.

It was good value when I was using them but its not now!!

im on orange i pay £30 a month and get 500 free texts and 200 anytime anynetwork mins, maybe that would be better

call your service provider and tell them you are interested in changing tariff, but dont want to loose your rollover minutes and txts, then ask them what they can do

Already done, she said she can do nothing, so I got the complaints address and wrote a letter shortly after the phone call. I'll see what comes of that!
