pretty sure you attend a motorsport event at your own risk. there's enough notices around saying it's dangerous etc.

if anything the rally organisers should have made the barriers further away, but at the end of it, i don't think there's any blame.

pretty harsh though. i'd have probably stopped to see how everyone was.

i wouldn't fancy standing on a corner while rally driving hurtle round it, nothing there to say no one will crash

i feel sorry for the driver, he's trying to compete in a sport, probably worked a while to get into rally driving, living his dreams, and he probably mentally scarred now
