Hi guys,
I have a compentency Interview this thursday with Lloyds and am needing some help considering how bad i did with Natiowide last time. Anyway, they give me a scenario where i gotta give my best answer and they score me etc.
Does anybody have any good tips for these interviews. Also which would be the best response to do you prefer working under pressure or planned work?
Any help would be good.

Know a bit about the company you're applying to, don't lie on your CV -- they'll catch you out at some point or you'll just look like an idiot when they ask about it interview, take a couple of seconds before answering a question to think about your response -- don't be afraid of a bit of silence as they'll prefer that than you blabbering on about something irrelevant....
Oh, and say you prefer to plan your work, but can easily adapt to meet tight deadlines or deal with unexpected complications...
Also, give examples to back things up -- anyone could say they can do this so you need to show them examples of the times you have...

To be honest i dont think this interview will be about the company. I think they will just ask me loads of scenarios in the past and explain how i dealt with them etc.
But like last time, i based most of my scenario on my university work.

This is exactly what I am talking about, companies do not give a monkeys left testicle about what grades or what qualifications you have got, they are only intrested in experience.
Uni is a waste of time unless you want to be a teacher, doctor, nurse, vet, solicitor.

I would not have got my job without my degree. Infact I had to get a minimum of a 2:1.
I am not a teacher, doctor, nurse, vet, or solicitor.
