If you go into the back of another vehicle, it's automatically DWDCAA in the eyes of the law. Take the course, may cost more than a fine, but at least you'll be clean afterwards

of course you were if you went into the back of sumone, but they cant take everyone to court who goes into the back of sumone, if your insurance is paying up then i dont see why they are doing this

yes i went on this course...similar circumstances to you....there's no test at the end....it's just a day and a half of some people patronising you.....half of it is driving in a learner car again.....as long as you can hold back and not smack the instructor when he tells you to 'feed the steering wheel' you'll be fine. Easier than points on your license and a fine.....

like the old women who drove into the side of me from the junction wasnt paying attention obvioulsy but they aint taking her to court, infact i bet 95% of accidents where the party is at fault is more than likely bcus they werent driving with care or attention but they would have to build a million more courts to contend with it all, take it court tell them the facts and that you think its a waste of tax payers money it being taken to court in the first place
