Well tried the search button and tried searched couldnt see alot else except just parts in conversions.
What id like to know what extras after a conversion say 20XE can be done to get more bhp without nos  ?
Cams? (not that i know what these do / are )
Inuduction Kit - (prob helps but doesnt add FA )
No sarcastic comments like add another engine

depends how much you want to spend, you can get to about 290brake with the C20XE but thats about £10,000 plus setup and fitting IIRC. Usual mods are cams, chip, induction kit, a decent exhaust possibly with a decat (cat isnt a legal requirement on pre '93 engines) or you could go down the carbs/throttle body route for about £2k you would see around 190 brake

all depends if you want a smooth daily driver or a bitchy B road bruiser (tm) 
and cost is a big part....
Cams, Exhaust and manifold, UNICHIP, ARP Rod Bolts and induction kit will be a good start to any c20xe tho
