In Moscow im supposed to spine transfer the wall because the gates are locked, even when im special i cant seem to transfer for some reason, like i cant get the height to complete the move..

Help me because its halting my progress in the game.

You got to spine all the ramps to get speed up and then spine the wall, you need full special too

or do a boneless @ the top of the ramp to get extra hieght

Yeah, what matt said worked for me, took a while though, you gotta R1 at the exact point too otherwise it slows you down too much.
