log into ur ebay account i'd imagine. and go to profile or something in there ?

send a few emails. My paypal hasnt been working, so i couldnt pay, now i need to sell another thing, so have to get it sorted. When logged in i get the message,

"Registration blocked. Users whose registered status is blocked must resolve any outstanding complaints on file before proceeding. Please resolve these issues and try again. "
