With being in my trade (carpenter) I really dont want to use the corsa everyday to carry tools etc so looking at a small deisel van to use everday for work.

Thinking of mk3 fiesta van, Corsa 1.5td van, etc

But a bit stuck on insurance i dont know if i can add another vehicle to my existing corsa policy (with liv vic)?

Anyone know anything about this or any way i could do it?

Depends on insurer, most won't. If not you need another policy with its own no-claims. Could work out expensive.
