For some stupid reason he only got the drivers name & her boyfriends phone number which is currently not connecting when calling.

What can he do in terms of claiming etc

get the plate at all ??

get the sur name ?? that way go through the phone book so you can find the address.. then go to each house and see if they have a fuked car on their drive

This happened to Richies brother, but he got part of his address and we tracked the guy down via the electorial role.

You could call police and report it as a hit and run, and say the guy refused to give u anything but his name. Tis a legal requirement to supply insurers details if you ever have an accident

This happened on the steep hill going into ricky, you know the one don t ya. Not the perfect place to pull over.
