I'll have a fiver on it being a smooth scuttle

On a less sarcastic note, its the bit between the bumper and the windscreen, its smooth instead of being full of holes like the standard one.

Isn't the bit between the bumper and the windscreen mainly the bonnet, and the scuttle. The Scuttle is the bit between the bonnet and the screen
