Well, I got divorced and the only thing I got was a 2 year old Zafira. Thats gone now and Im happy to be driving a Corsa C 1.7CDTi SRI, with the facelift (different lights at front etc).

Im happy as larry with the car itself and thought over time I might want to turn it into a bit of a project with a body kit, larger wheels (currently 16's) and possibly the lambo door mod.

A couple of things I'd like to know is how much of a dent is this likely to make on my insurance? Currently paying 350 a year with 8 years no claims.

Yes, Im probably way too old (32) to be thinking of doing this and a lot of the younger lads will be pointing fingers going 'mid-life crisis' but I'm out to enjoy myself now and I dont care who points, as long as its at the car, and not laughing at me :-)

Any tips on fitters / painters for body kits and recommended places to go are more than welcome.

Hello and welcome

Bodykits and bigger wheels are unlikely to make a massive difference to insurance with your insurance background (8 years NCB)

For fitting and spraying, S&T Coachworks in Reading, there number is in my signature at the bottom.
