opinions - what to look out for etc - was in the buying guide in the motoring section of the Sunday Tiems today - then went down pi my boat up and my cousins b/fs had one - looked tidy and theyre nto too pricey

whats to look out for on them?

if its electric roof make sure it works properly, siezed brake calipers are common

as mentioned,

transtop rubber seals round the roof, can cause a problem, alright if treated with some rubber replensisher though

siezed rear calipers as also mentioned

make sure you get the manual arm for the transtop incase it busts

Seized calipers seem to br a common problem on Jap cars...my MR2 had a seized caliper this week...

any more info - just found one in Southampton - Im going to see on thursday night - need info - ans It looks liek the idea of buying a hi-lux as the business haulage truck has gone out the window - as I want this instead

My Dad had one and it was shite.

Look ok when kitted up but they handle like poo and are slow unless you get a fast one.
