slightly warm then..

you can get the turbos hot enough so you can actually see the impellers in the turbo spinning!

RX7 is one of the best handaling production cars avalible , ask any importer that and they will tell you

errrr, have any of you actually been in a vx?

let alone a modded turbo one

no offence meant, but if the rex is 'unbeatable' in terms of handling then why arent they the weapon of choice on trackdays?

like the elise and vx?

i smoked an elise 160 round the country roads, roundabouts and dualcarrage ways , look back for my post

and its the Evo thats the weapon of choice

because people are scared of them, it's the engine.. it puts people off, just wait in years to come people will use more and more of them, re:worx really opened peoples eyes the other weekend at jap day with constant reliable 10second quarters without breaking. it's only not weapon of choice because people think it will blow up after every track day!

Dont forget that engine has no air flowing over it which whilst driving hard would cool the manifold etc to stop it getting quite that hot.

On the RR a turbo running good power will glow white.

This reminds me of when I nearly put my hand on SteveW's turbo a few days ago... Luckily I remembered turbo = hot and stopped
