FINALLY got the policy documents through for the GSi & when checking they aint added my 3 points even though I told them about them WTF???

Rang them up just now & they took the details, said they will get the Sales Team to ring me back...

if u told them about them on the phone and they quoted u for them, if they try and add premium tell them when u rang up and to listen to the recorded call.

Dont matter if they havnet kept the call on record - not your fault isit? if they have recorded it and still got it then tell em to listen to it

Yeah they'll jerk your chain about all day and put you on hold etc as much as they can, believe me mate had it for days now.
