CIA Insurance have been jacking me about for a couple of months now not sending me out the correct documents etc

They are part of Zurich, and all I ever receive is a small cover note from them just stating the car, year and number plate.

THATS IT.

Any ideas?

Keep phoning but they just say they'll try sort it out.
