designed for an XE corsa, with an X14 XE for a month or 2, good idea or potentially bad?

As i am ordering my suspension this week, should i hold out with my shitty setup untill the block goes in or shall i fit them anyway?

probably won;t be too bad so long as you drive slowly. with be a harder ride and if not on coil overs you'll not be as low
