SSK is the Sport kit, RSK is the 'red' kit.

The SSK is better as it's on-car adjustable on the front (the reds are only off-car adjustable)...

Probably slightly higher quality components too as it's further up their range...

The SSK are what people refer to as Koni 'yellows'...

SSK should be a little over £300 usually, with springs, maybe less now

the white key on the top of the turret is how you adjust from soft to hard. then you take it off and adjust the other one.

i'm getting an alloy set machined to stay on

i've got eibach 50mm springs and koni yellows.

the rears are on hard, never adjusted them (too lazy) as you have to disconnect them and twist them, the fronts are on hard, soft is ok but just love driving on hard susp, feels like a racing car .

handerling is good, cant really say much about it as i have only had this one suspension but my other mates say it handles well as when we go on little trips through the town i blitz them on roundabouts but they kane me on the dual carriage ways
