Just out of interest:-
whilst owning my car with a filter, decat and back box i quartered it in 16.8 seconds consistantly and got a 0-60 time with Vibrio's gadget of 9.3 seconds. anyone else close to those times with similar mods

A mate of mine in a 138BHP 1.6 corsa got a time of 16.8./ 16.6/ 16.2 so i would say thats very good indeed

115bhp...... 16.2 1/4mile

264 cams
new head, not fettled with tho, just replaced at 36k miles as old one was all coked up (free by vaux )

.... and was a bag of wank round town....

sounded like a rally car on idle, almost cutting out but idling at 1020rpm

The thing was ace.... stunk of petrol, was tempromental.... then sold to a clown... R.I.P.


Was else did it have.....

Full bodykit
big brakes
AVO susp, braces etc

canny mind now

That 115bhp was rolling roaded, not guesed..... had 103lb/ft too

thats pretty quick, was that at crail?

What exhaust you got on there? Janspeed?

Does it make much of difference with the back all stripped out?

Des ran the 16.8 at edzell.....

The GT ran a 14.8 at crail, and a 14.7 at edzell......

should by my 1.4 bottom end and head and then you can run 15.7 seconds liek i did
