any1 know what wil help the symptoms of a cold/flu, as im full of the shit!! its pissing me off, tried EVERYTHING!! paracetamol, lockets, tablets, etc

what do u lot do when u have the cold??

oil burner with olbas oil in, hot vimto, vitamin C and Sleep. my gf has it at the moment.

actual decongestant tablets on their own are very good i find

also, a really hot curry is good for clearing the head!!

any hot drinks and lot's of em - hot vimto is good cos it has lots of sugar in - so keeps ur sugar levels up...

best thing, is lots of hot drinks, tea, hot chocolate etc.. try to avoid coffee though, i find the best possible thing, is go buy a pack of lemsip extra strong for flu, have one of them with some honey in and have a few of them a day
takes the symptons away
and goes away quickly. if not, stiff drink to burn it away.
