I'm on a mission to get a fitter now.
I went out for a 4 mile run after work today!!
My week now includes:
4 Mile Run
8 Mile on Bike
2 Hours in Gym
2 Hours Swim
Nothing else to do in the winter on week nights, and it doesn't exactly cost a lot.

doing sit ups wont get rid of a fat belly, you have to train i.e run for a long distance till your body starts burning fat. This needs to be done to get rid of the fat build up that is infront of your six pack hidding it!

first time i got back into training for footy i couldn't even run the length of a football pitch without nearly collapsing (due to 30 a day habit) but 2 months later i run about 15km a week, it does get easier just keep working at it.

Instead of driving 5 mins to the corner shop/takeaway - walk. Try to eat better foods like chicken i.e KFC not McD's. I still smoke about 15 a day but do exercise every night ( although in a gym ) and my final gold plated tip is if your havin a bender one weekend dont eat just drink and drink and drink then you spew about 2 1/2 stone

I find drinking spirits instead of beer helps. Think of it as a diet.

running will burn more fat off, as will cycling..
you also need to cut out eating the crappy foods.. go fora low carb intake diet (no white bread, cut back on pasta, potatoes etc...) eat more fish (not fried) and salads.. protein will help you build mustle and low carb will help your body burn fat faster... throw in some free weights or a proper gym machine and your on your way
its all about moderation and eating 4-6 smaller meals a day, not just the standard 3.. this boosts your motabilism(spl) and again helps burn fat, also try and eat slower
PLUS i would go out tomorow and buy a copy of Mens Health.. £3odd and tells you soooo many things, this month is how to tone the belly in 4 easy moves, and what to eat/not to eat
this is slowly turning into my bible i keep buying it each month now, and its great.. im bulking up and i have lost over 1stone now GRRRREAT.. im on me way to getting a 4pack now as well.... the 6pack will have to wait till i buy some Theramol(spl)
