i have a lower arm here, not sure what its off

in a way....yes

we do it in my work place......mechanic

for example when we get sent parts for services.....jobs ect.....

we sometimes get sent the wrong parts.......so we phone back our supplier and give them the part number of the old part....and they the registration of the car.....and thn the right parts comes
