ppl say they r good and that, but all i have had is trouble!! ordered some stuff last week, and then 2days after didnt need them so rang up to cancel them, he said no u r paying for them, so piss off, then put phone down!!!!
rang up next day he said i have refunded ur money, 5 days later, stil now money!!! and makes matters worse, he DOESNT PICK THE FONE UP
if cant get hold of him by the end of the day, tomorrow, going to get advice from some legal advisor, which then should kick his arse into gear!! oh yeah he said that he never sent the goods out, and im paying P+P??

well, i ordered shafts and hubs for the c20xe conversion, then my insurance fell through, so i was in a mood and cancled everything!! other companys have given me refund and were dead poilte!! never deal with cossvaux again!! they r like PVD!!!! waste of time

dosent explain saying stuff has been done when it hasnt, or the fact that the yrefused him a refund to start with...........if they are moving premises and it will delay there dealings with andy, then they should say, yeah give us a few days to finish moving etc. havent they been moving for a while now?

Why not go over to Cossvaux and sort it out? If the problems you're having are really as bad as you make out, then it's no biggie to just pop over to their new premises and sort it out face to face.
I'm sure you'll get a better response and sort your problems out.
If you're cancelling everything over this insurance quote, why don't you argue with the insurance company? The quote is still legally binding over the phone.
