Im with Liverpool Vic at the moment, insurance runs out in April and my bithday is in june so what im thinking is only have insurance for 2 months and then start a new insurance in my own name as soon as i turn 20 so hopefully it will be cheaper?

i think u have to pay the full amount for the whole year, just have to pay off thoses two months! i think!

you should be able to cancel the insurance as long as you send back the cover note to them, they may even be due you a refund

yeah my policy has something like this written into it. I'm with CIS i pay monthly too. Check your policy thats gonna give you he correct aswer we can only guess without seeing policy as it differs from company to company
