Ok has anyone else here got a loan before ?

Im going through the process with Cahoot all is good but now i have to send of forms of ID.... I Have a bank statement thats ok with name and addy but all other forms they say i don't have ?!

They say you cant use a mobile phone bill but mention all silly things i don't have like, mortgage payments, gas and water bills etc
