what a load of shit. i ordered a back bumper last wed and they said up to 3 working days. today still no bumper. so i get my mum on the phone cause she likes a row and the bloke says it was sent yesterday. so she went wild and the bloke was giving it all the biggun trying to make excuses for why it had not been sent like they needed to do a security check on the card. so how does everyone else manage to get things out then????????
anyway wont be using them again.. this post is about there customer service not the quality or looks of there stuff, each to there own so save the comments.

ULTIMATE VELOCITY are in Leicester where i work i pass the place all the time, and personally would never go in its a dive, bit chavvy, heard bad thing too, sorry to hear this, makes me wonder how people run bussinesses these days they all got their heads up their arses

It is hard to see as said how companies still manage to operate when they have such poor customer service and consideration.

It isn't difficult to take payment, pack an item and give it to the courier when they arrive, yet so many comapnies manage to mess it up.

I think you will find that most places dont keep a great amount of stock because its too much money tied up, instead they wait for orders and then order the parts themselves. They rely on their supply operating efficiently, if this happens then you get good within 3 working days, if this doesn't happen you end up getting all sorts of excuses because they dont want to admit they are still waiting for the part off their supplier when they told you a few days earlier that they have the part in stock.

cheers lads.true they did tell me they had the part in stock, they told me they where looking at it. what makes me laugh is if youn dont want it they charge you 25% re-stocking charge. oh well you live and learn should of known after that gash white corsa they made 4 max live a year ago.

I live in the kent area, worked out would be cheaper to drive there to collect it then the p&p 8hour trip but saved a few quid + day out
