phone up their customer services: 08702259933, there is an option to disconnect account.

as above, but be prepared to be past around to other people as they are not helpful, u will also have to give 1 months full notice, which will probably end up being 2/3 as they are useless, i have and other have had problems with their customer service dept, if you can ever get through

yeah i stopped mine, and they still took dosh from account, still i stopped direct debit, got a letter sayin account was stopped etc too

i rang up and stopped mine, i will find out in a few days weather they have or not, as said above they are fucking useless.

Cost me like £250, of which should have been around £70, due to their departments not changing my tarrif down to minimum whilst my contract runs out, 2 seperate attempts and STILL no-one changed them

i got shafted by them, told them to cancell it they did not, told em again, they did not, i cancelled the direct debit, and ended up gettin threatened legal action by morcroft debt recovery limited, this was about 2 years ago and i recieved a letter about 2 months ago demanding 8p of the remaining balance
Good luck gettin through took me about a week of phoning up
