02 customer services are really poor. 9/10 if your having problems sending MMS / using gprs its because your phone has been programmed wrong or hasnt been activated to use the services. Programming the settings is easier to do yourself, settings avaliable on o2.co.uk and program them manually.
7610 is a nice phone, but i dont like the keypad layout, saw someone mention a p900 above, wait til you get your mitts on the p910i. Nice phones, got QWERTY keyboard and can support 1gb memory duos, some serious memory, camera has been improved also. I upgraded my p900 to the p910, and ive found its running alot smoother, sonyeric prolly cleared sum of the bugs out from the p900.
