Hiya sorry if this has been posted b4 but cundt find it. ive got a Corsa GSI and i wanna convert it to a 2L 16v what parts and welding do i have to get and do?

2 litre fitting kit is around £480 from places like cossvaux. You can fit a powercap to replave the SFI box off the C20XE which requires cutting of the bulkhead, or just use the ecotec pipe instead which doesnt. Corsas dont need seem welding for the 2 litre conversion, but you will need to upgrade the brakes to at least the astra GTE discs and calipers (256mm) and the suspension. Go for coilovers if you can afford it, its a heavier engine than the 1.6 and obviously wont improve the handling But yeah do a search, you can probably answer most of your questions.
