i wouldn't be so sure on that mate he may be right but in my experience anything from non EU is subject to charges

Unless he puts that it's a gift on the packaging you will probably have to pay duty.

Also don't the yanks have a different FM band to the UK??

stop it ur getting me nervous now

i emailed the guy and he said the total was correct £185 to my door
as ull c on ebay hes a big seller with really high poisitve feedback so i trust him
i dont know ne thing about when u do or dont have to pay duty
but im sure if u dont have to pay duty on a gift (like ur saying sr) then he'll have dun that
if there r n e probs u can b sure ill b posting a thread on cs about it

if it gets caught at customs it'll cost about £250 all in, from my workings out

he'll probably mark it as a gift though, if so you shouldn't have any problems, its a risk you take importing.

The USA has different ranges though, I think you can't get the lower frequencies but it doesn't matter.
