Keep the astra, it's built for the engine and weighs the same (virtually) roomier and easier to insure that a XE'd corsa. Have drive a tb'd XE corsa the handling was less than inspiring, the astra will be much more fun to throw around.

come on who ever said handling is bad in corsa with xe ITS A MYTH with good setup, i personally would keep the astra as it is but xe corsa's are still that bit special not standard etc

most of u will disagree but i think 2.0 corsa are still rare we only think otherwise because all ppl on here u go to ur local cruise ot towns and villages around u wont see one

think mine will be only one within 60-80 mile range til joff gets his

the ppl who sed corsas dont handle with a 2.0 cant drive, admitadly its not as good as a light block but not much differance,

but back on topic that astra looks neat n tidy from those pics, but no doubt suffers from the usual rot, rear arches, sills, suspension top mounts, foot wells, and i personaly dont like the mk2 astra, what i would do if i was you take out the xe drive shafts loom and digi dash and sell the rest of it complete, you could easily get 380 for the rest of the car!.

i doubt anyone would pay even half that for the rest of it unless the shell was immaculate, which is very unlikely.
