some1 has kindly broken the mirror part of my wing mirror on my 1.4 sport n it needs replacin. does any1 no how easy it is to do or how much it'll cost. its the heated and electric mirrors by the way

same thing happend to me, the mirror just clipped back on, and the glass is 50quid from vaux, thats for heated mirror. but i just got a pice of glass from halfords for a few quid and stuck that over, all is well just the heat dont come through very weel, but i cant say its a big problem lol.

was the glass the same shape from halfords though? so its ok to jus pull at the glass n i wont break owt? i aint too bothered bout the heated mirror, dnt use it really

dont pull the glass out just stick it over the broken glass, and in halfords they are pre cut to the right shape, just make sure you get the mirror for the correct side

well at the end of the day it does its job, just make sure you clean any loose bits off 1st then sick it on, on mine ya can see a little bit of the old glass but i was rushing doing it lol. it dosent distract you tho.

i got pulled while mine was broke (not the reason i was pulled) but the copper did say he can give me a on the spot fine for it.
