Hardly used the exhaust only put it on for a trip to nottingham to collect the engine.

The engine is 1.6 16v from a vectra has only done 6,000 miles.

Rough spec:
Jenvey TB's
Janspeed manifold
SBD rollers
ARP conrods

a lot of us was dubious about that but she had mental cams, SS manifold, and a few more goodies...

bloke off MIG had a full SBD set up, Omex ECU, lighten and bal bottom end, ss manifold, flowed head , pocketed pistons, tb's, high degreee cams, lighten flywheel etc etc list was endless and all he had was 160 bhp

Yeah - with flowed head, TBs, engine management, mild cams and 4-2-1 manifold, I had exactly 180bhp and a nice flat torque curve

SBD claim that simply bolting on TBs to a 1.6 will get you 164bhp, but I do think this is optimistic. Prob more like 155bhp on a good day. Still lots of fun though!
