Makes me think we should just get as many show passes as we get tickets, thats what a number of other clubs do and it certainly makes getting in less complicated.
Can I second the thanks to all involved, firstly to Trotty for his hard work, I know he's a busy man but things went swimmingly regardless. Ian Storey also gets a mention for allowing the flags to hitch-hike their way down to Northampton. Without him we'd have had a couriers bill and some worries over timing. I'd also like to thank all those people who got involved and got together. Getting pissed and having a grin in the hotel, then getting burnt the next day are what shows are all about.
We do suffer a little for numbers now that there are more sites, more stands and ultimately more choice for people wishing to show so to those people who make CS strong in the grander scheme, thank you

Yes, As said, Big thumbs up to Trotty for organising it all, he has to put up with loads of hassle when arranging these big shows, with very little in the way of thanks/reward .
Well done to those that turned up, especially the Three C's who decided to stick with their "grass roots" and not go over to the dark side (The Corsa-C Stand) .
Also the Flags were very usefull on the way in so as to by-pass the Marshals and drive stright onto the stand .

Whereabouts was the CS stand? I didn't do much walking about, spent most of the time either sitting in the grandstand watching the track-action, wandering around the pits, or sitting in a nice air-conditioned V8 MPV on the club-stand I was there with (can't complain at having 43 cars on a stand ), watching films out of the sun.
