all of a sudden i have a bug for gettin a bike license and eventuyally a nice bike.

i just wanna know more about them, the license, cost of licence, insurance etc.... any help at all would be great...and what sort of cc should i go for....i will be 20 wen i get the bike. also info on them off roady lookin ones...r they road legel etc and cost of second hand one......sorry 4 essay but ne help is mucho aprrecito
