The Police won't be interested in him crying to them because it's a civil matter and he'll have to take it to court himself to determine if any crime has been commited.

What's his mate going to do? Stand outside your house until you pay up? Just call the Police and he'll be asked to leave - if you're lucky he'll be given an Anti-Social Behaviour Order.

You seem to hold all the cards, so you choose what to do. If you feel you've sold the phones fairly and have fully communicated the terms and can prove that he never questioned the condition of the items, then I really wouldn't worry.

Yea i know, but i dont like any of my customers being unhappy etc...if he had asked if they were brand new i would have said no, they have had slight use....best to be honest than lie. He says he has proof of me saying that they are new...if he can show me that, then i will try to exchange it for a new one or whatever.

But he has called me " A F*#KIng Dick head " told me his friends gunna come round and SORT ME OUT, he's gunna call the police....

etc

But i did nothing wrong....whys he doing it FFS !!!!!

Explain you're happy to sort the matter out but if he insists on being a wanker like he's doing, then he'll get nothing.
