Just go the gym and use free weights mate..machines are pointless.
Plus when the gear is at home it's to easy to just fuk it off and not do them..part of going the gym is the atmosphere.

i agree, i bought some free weights from argos but havent touched em for a while, i just goto the gym and do weights i feel it motivates u more plus goin wid m8s helps

Would go to the gym but I tend to work long hours and can't really be arsed with it after work. Thought it would be easier if I could just do an hour @ home a few times a week.

I got sets of weights from argos about 4 year ago and there still ok. The only thing is that the spin lock is s**t and doesnt grip well on the bar.

the metal ones have a good spin lock on them unlike the shitty plastic ones!
