need to change throttle cable but the ball joint dont wanna come off...released securin clip but it wont budge...any ideas?

you just have to snap it out.
i've just done this today. was stumped for quite a while, not knowing how to do it.
used some needle nose pliers in the end as a frok wedge to split the joint.
