Are there any convertibles with low insurance groups?

(Not smart car conv' and nissan figaros though )

u wont get a low insurence group convertyibale as there easy to steal

is this correct if u cgange ya sze ya engine in your car eg a 1.2 to a 2.0 does the car go to lvl 20 insurence

my understanding is that your insurance group will rise to that of the donor car

so a clever thing to do would to put a more powerful engine from a less or equal insurance group in. perfect example of this is to drop a saxo vtr lump in an AX GT/GTi

my golf is group 13/14 i think. but they also did a 1.5 golf convertible which are lower ins group.
pug 205 cti are another 1

Its made up by about 6/7 reprebates with corny porn music in the background
