its a bitch of a job mind, need to remove the upper inlet to get to the throttle body.

Upper inlet manifold is 15 mins work

yes i was going to d othis to put my shiney shine ypolished rocker cover on but i got bored half way thru taking it off so i stopped and put it back on again!

My shiny plug cover's still on... even tho the ecotec cover is on too

and haynes doesnt mention touchin the manifold. just says remove battery for easier access
