is there a product or a spealist place that can help me get the marks out? in part of the mark its gone down to the metal! can i filler it and sand and paint just that area or would i have to do the whole door/wing?

get a touch up pen and build up the paint then compound it to flatten it down

i would advise against sanding, maybe get a cloth and try to clean it up a little

Get someone professional to do it if your unsure.
